Services

Managed EDI Services

Run your EDI estate with our team instead of hiring for it. We onboard partners, keep maps current, watch every document in flight and take the upgrade risk out of Microsoft's release waves.

Partner onboarding

We gather partner specs, build and certify X12/EDIFACT maps, configure AS2, SFTP, VAN or API connectivity and run end-to-end test cycles before go-live.

Exception monitoring

Queues, dead letters and failed documents are watched against agreed thresholds, with triage, root cause and a written follow-up for every priority incident.

Replay and recovery

Idempotent replay on control number, controlled resubmission after partner outages, and reconciliation of order, shipment and invoice states.

Change and mapping upkeep

Partner spec changes, new document types, new legal entities and item cross-reference updates delivered through a governed release process.

One Version upgrade assurance

Regression testing of the D365 extension against each Microsoft release wave, with remediation of deprecations before your update window.

Service desk

A named service manager, a single intake channel for your team and your partners, monthly service reviews and volume trend reporting.

How an engagement runs

  • Discover — document your partner list, document types, volumes, D365 environments and current pain points.
  • Design — agree the canonical mapping, connectivity plan, exception thresholds and escalation matrix.
  • Deploy — install the extension and console, connect Azure Integration Services, and certify each partner in a test cycle.
  • Operate — monitor, replay, report and run change requests under the agreed service tier.

What we need from you

  • A named business owner and a D365 technical contact.
  • Non-production and production environment access under your change control.
  • Partner specifications, test accounts and connectivity credentials.
  • Timely commercial decisions on partner-side disputes and document corrections.
