How billing works on Azure Marketplace

  • Subscribe from the Azure Marketplace listing; the licence fee appears on your existing Microsoft invoice.
  • Eligible spend counts toward your Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC).
  • Azure infrastructure consumption for private deployments is billed separately at your own rates.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance; annual and multi-year commitments are available as private offers.
  • Metered add-ons are reported monthly in arrears against your subscription.

  • 30-day free trial on Starter and Professional, with the full document set enabled.
  • Upgrade at any time; the new rate applies from the next billing period.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
